This poster was made for Typography, a kind of advertisement for the typeface Retina by Tobias Frere-Jones. I found a personal attachment to this typeface because of how it transforms before your eyes as the font size changes. Mr. Jones made those indents in the letters so they could be read more legibly at smaller type sizes, but at larger sizes, they become deformed. It's a unique feature that I enjoy very thoroughly.
